South Harbour, winter wave bashing with GoPro

Fog lifted after yesterday, skies cleared, even a little sun. Temperatures still about 10 degrees, surely unseasonally warm, wave swell still 3 to 4 metres. This meant you could only get so far out, though fun too for surfing the swelly waves.

Switched between stills and video, tricky, and, (not the for the first time I’ve heard it’s been done), used mouth to hold the gopro. Handy, but of course you can then hear your breathing and not the sea – time for a pumping soundtrack I guess.
